Booking & Guest Management
Whether you have a live listing already or need us to create one, we’ll get your home or flat in a position where it can be fully booked month to month. Lotus Stays manages your bookings, guest communication, check-in (and out), and search visibility on 40+ short-stay booking platforms.
Property Management
Lotus Stays, as always, goes one step further; we will take over the complete management of your property and treat it like a boutique hotel, which means we’ll be on top of any damage, wear and tear or any repairs. We also work with independent and local contractors, who can step in when required.
High-Ranking Results
Lotus Stays uses local cleaning companies in your area that can provide same-day, fast turnarounds. We manage and train our cleaning partners to meet the high standards your guests will expect when staying in your Airbnb. Your fee will cover the cleaning costs of your property between each stay.

Depending on the property’s condition and location, there might be some onboarding costs. For example, we might need to take new photographs or deep clean the property before accepting bookings. So, we’ll collect the booking payments and deposits on your behalf. At the end of each month, payments are made to our clients alongside an earnings report detailing bookings, earnings and any expenses.
